He has been competing with amateur status since he began driving but today (Wed. Oct. 10) at Monticello Raceway Tony Ciuffetelli drove like a professional when he won both divisions of the French v America Friendship competition. The former corrections officer won one race from behind and the other on the front-end.

Five horses will compete in the Elizabeth Miller Memorial Tuesday, Oct. 2 at Monticello Raceway.

Starting on the rail will be Hillary Hartnett and RC's Ready, a 3-year-old gelding son of RC Royalty. This will mark the duo's second racing under saddle start of the season. The pair posted a time of 2:07.4 in their first start at Batavia Downs.
